Help! I just received this h. Mathilde in the mail today. So sad looking. The seller shipped it in SOGGY soil, which I thought was a huge no-no. As you can see the leaves are yellowing and falling off. The stem is soggy in some parts. I haven't looked at the roots yet. Any advice on how to save her?

Okay first of: get a refund from wherever you got this plant from. This was definitely unhealthy before shipping. Second: check the roots. What do they look like? Brown and mushy? White and plump?
Honestly, I would take cuttings from the part of the plant that still looks okayish and root it in water.

Basically acknowledged the frustration but a non answer.
Anyone else get a reply? I sent my feedback by email.
Edit: Also don't know if it's an automatic response either. Never contacted them before.

I imagine the response is going to be the same everywhere.
IS is aware that the players are pissed. Between their feedback being flooded, the furious comments on Twitter, etc., they know.
I get the feeling we won't even get an apology out of them. I expect it'll go one of two ways:
- They do nothing, put less power creep on the next banner and quietly try to pretend this never happened.
- Within the next month or so, at complete random, give us a super generous gift (another free 5* or something? Maybe just a lot of free orbs?). They won't acknowledge that it has anything to do with all the rage they caused, but it'll be a transparent move to try and restore relations with the public.
At any rate, no one is going to get anything but canned responses from email/feedback/whatever. If they were going to address the issues, they'd address the community at large (via Twitter, in-game news, etc.). They're not going to detail their plans on what to do to any one individual inquirer.

I need to get my Steem off exchange but for the wallet to work I understood a Steemit account is required.
Can someone please help me in the right direction ?
I thought Steem to be so far ahead of the competition coins in that it simply had a working product already, but boy was I wrong....
Sorry for the harsh tone, but Steemit's entry barrier really waltzed through my annoyance barrier.
